Dean Mead’s Litigation Department includes attorneys throughout the firm with extensive experience in a wide range of disputes. Our department regularly handles trial and appellate matters in both state and federal courts and before arbitration and administrative tribunals.

Because litigation can be costly and time consuming for our clients, we seek practical solutions to avoid litigation whenever possible. Our department is experienced in alternative dispute resolution to assist clients in promptly addressing legal disputes prior to, or at an early stage of litigation. However, if litigation cannot be avoided, our department has substantial trial experience and we stand ready to represent clients in court.
