We handle claims of infringement of registered and unregistered marks under the Lanham Act and state law, copyright infringement cases, and allegations of misappropriation of trade secrets. We have litigated matters involving false or misleading advertising, tortious interference with business relationships, and claims under the Florida Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act and the federal Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. We also offer trademark portfolio support, as well as licensing of all intellectual property, including end-user license agreements.
