(Orlando, FL) Estate Planning attorney Tom Colpitts has relocated to the firm’s Naples Office where his practice will continue to focus on all aspects of personal estate planning.

Tom’s practice will continue to include the preparation of revocable trusts and wills and advising clients on the succession of family businesses and the transfer of wealth among generations in a tax-efficient manner. Prior to joining the firm Tom was an extern for The Honorable Travis A. Greaves with the United States Tax Court and served in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps in several roles, including prosecutor, general counsel, and legal assistance attorney.
