(Orlando, FL) Estate Planning attorney Miranda Weiss has earned The Florida Bar board certification in Wills, Trusts and Estates. Each board-certified attorney undergoes a peer-review process which assesses competence, as well as professionalism and ethics. They must also pass a comprehensive exam which evaluates a high level of knowledge, skills, and expertise in a specialty field.
Per The Florida Bar, this certification identifies Miranda as, “a lawyer with special knowledge, skills and proficiency, as well as a reputation for professionalism and ethics.” The certification recognizes Miranda as a “certified specialist or expert in [her] practice area.”
Board certification is a voluntary program for lawyers, officiated by The Florida Supreme Court and administered by The Florida Bar. Approximately 7% of Florida Bar members are board-certified.
