Testimony of Rich Budell re Numeric Nutrient Standards

Last week, Rich Budell, Director of the Office of Agricultural Water Policy at the Florida Department of Agricultural and Consumer Services (FDACS), gave testimony to a Congressional Oversight Committee regarding the EPA numeric nutrient standards rules, and FDACS’ position on those rules.  Mr. Budell’s testimony provides a clear and concise summary of agriculture’s concerns about those standards, and the possible economic impacts if they are implemented.
