Last week, Rich Budell, Director of the Office of Agricultural Water Policy at the Florida Department of Agricultural and Consumer Services (FDACS), gave testimony to a Congressional Oversight Committee regarding the EPA numeric nutrient standards rules, and FDACS’ position on those rules.
