Michael D. Minton, Chair of Dean Mead’s Agribusiness Industry and Solar Energy Teams was honored by the University of Florida College of Agricultural and Life Sciences (CALS) this past Saturday during the 2017 UF/IFAS Dinner of Distinction. Minton received the 2017 CALS Alumni and Friends Award of Distinction in recognition of his outstanding contributions to UF, IFAS, CALS and the agricultural, natural resource, life science and related industries and professions.
