(Orlando, FL) In their article, “From Sunset to Reset: The Future of Opportunity Zones, Effective January 1, 2027, ” attorney Michael Minton and Austin Alderman review the “Opportunity Zone 2.0” program, which permanently extends some benefits established under the Qualified Opportunity Zone (QOZ) program, which was originally created under the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act (TCJA).
