(Orlando, FL) Dean Mead is pleased to welcome Jana Rodriguez as Human Resources Manager. In this role Jana will manage the day-to-day functions of the firm’s Human Resources (“HR”) department, including recruiting and talent acquisition, new hire onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and benefits and compensation.

Jana’s 25+ years of experience spans employee relations, benefits administration, payroll operations, employment law compliance, talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leadership teams to align HR strategies with business objectives, strengthen workplace culture, and improve employee engagement.

Jana holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and a degree in Business Administration. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
