Austin Alderman Selected to Present at Florida Agritourism Conference

(Orlando, FL) Tax attorney Austin Alderman will present “Legal Policy, Agritourism & My Family’s Farm: An Attorney’s Take” at the 2025 Florida Agritourism Association’s (FATA) conference and farm tour. Scheduled for July 20 – 22, the conference will welcome Florida public officials, landowners, and investors to learn more about the growing agribusiness industry.

As an attorney, a farmer, and supporting a parent who is stepping into the industry with the family’s farm, Austin understands that with the right knowledge taxes can be an opportunity for agribusinesses to maximize profits while operating smoothly. Austin shares, “During the presentation I will be digging into little-known tips that could save Florida farms and ranches more than they might expect. It is farming for savings.”

Other speakers slated for the conference include Commissioner Wilton Simpson with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Justin Timineri, Chef with Fresh from Florida, and Lena Juarez, Executive Director of FATA.
