Dean Mead Welcomes Real Estate Attorney Logan Wellmeier to the Ft. Pierce Office

Ft. Pierce, FL – Dean Mead is pleased to announce the addition of Logan Wellmeier to the Ft. Pierce office. Mr. Wellmeier practices in the firm’s Real Estate department and handles a variety of matters, including zoning, permitting, land use, land development, land acquisition, and commercial real estate.

Prior to joining Dean Mead, Mr. Wellmeier worked with a variety of clients from Duke Energy to DPR Construction, providing services including chain-of-title and environmental due diligence, resolving issues with contracts, and evaluating insurance and other risk-related issues.

Mr. Wellmeier has his LLM is Real Estate Development from the University of Miami and his J.D. from Barry University. He also spent six years in the U.S. Coast Guard, where he received a Presidential Citation for his assistance with evacuations during Hurricane Katrina.
