(Orlando, FL) Dean Mead announced Thomas A. Joynt has joined the firm as an attorney in the Real Estate Department. Tom is primarily focusing on acquisition, disposition, and leasing transactions, along with land development matters, representing owners, developers, investors, lenders, borrowers, landlords, and tenants as they navigate the real estate industry.
“Dean Mead’s Real Estate team holds extensive experience in all aspects of real property law,” shares Jonathan Wallace, Shareholder and leader of the firm’s Real Estate Industry practice. “Tom joins our team having foundational legal experience. We are excited to welcome him to our Orlando office, supporting his career as he advises on matters which address real estate issues within the Central Florida business community.”
Prior to joining Dean Mead, Tom served as a litigation attorney for a national full-service business law firm. He received his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida, graduating Cum Laude. Tom earned his undergraduate in Political Science from Stony Brook University, graduating cum laude.
