Dean Mead Elects New Shareholders Crawford and Stephens

(Orlando, FL) Dean Mead announced Joseph Crawford and Brian Stephens were unanimously elected as the firm’s newest Shareholders. Joe is a trial attorney with the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice, while Brian is an attorney with the firm’s Real Estate Team.

Joe represents clients in both state and federal court with a focus on contract claims, construction defect matters, shareholder disputes, fraudulent transfer actions, non-competition and restrictive covenant enforcement, real property disputes, and landlord/tenant matters. He represents clients across several industries, including healthcare, information technology, construction, retailers, manufacturers, lawn and landscape, and pest control. Receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Joe was awarded his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida. Brian has negotiated, secured entitlements, and close transactions for a multitude of clients, as well as coordinated the acquisition, re-platting, and simultaneous sale of multiple subdivisions. From hotel and high-rise condominium creation and 500+ unit subdivision creation to 8,500+ acre ranch leases, solar farm conversions, and conservation easements, he has worked on a diverse array of projects. Brian graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor from The University of Tennessee College of Law, following completion of his undergraduate degree from Flagler College.
