(Orlando, FL) Estate Planning attorney David Akins addressed recent legislation impacting the Florida Trust Code during this year’s Real Property Probate & Trust Law (RPPTL) Legislative and Case Law Update. David reviewed legislation passed this year when amended Statutes in, and added new Statutes to, the Florida Trust Code.

David has been a member of RPPTL’s Executive Council since 2004.
