Ms. White practices in Dean Mead’s Litigation department. She represents the rights of creditors in many areas, including foreclosure, replevin, bankruptcy, debt collection and commercial litigation. She has practiced solely in the area of creditors’ rights since 1996.

Ms. White focuses her practice on foreclosures, workouts, reformation actions, quiet title actions, writs of possession, and evictions throughout the state of Florida. She ensures that her clients’ defaulted mortgages result in either an acceptable work out plan – such as a mortgage modification – or a foreclosure that is completed as quickly as possible and that results in clear title. Recognizing that each defaulting borrower is also her clients’ customer, Ms. White handles each case with candor and treats each debtor with respect.

The newest Associate Attorney to join our Viera Team, Ian’s litigation practice will focus on providing legal counsel for matters involving business, real estate, and construction disputes. Currently serving as a Company Commander in the Marine Corps Reserves, Ian joined Dean Mead following a distinguished career in the United States Marine Corps.

Laura Minton Young is a Managing Shareholder for the firm’s Viera/Melbourne office. She represents individuals, businesses and banks in various aspects of commercial and residential real estate and financing including development, acquisitions, sales, leasing, lending, work outs, land use and growth management including public-private partnerships for real estate development.

Taylor’s practice focus is on matters which address the complex nature of litigation. This includes representing corporate clients and individuals in matters related to business disputes, contracts, fraud, and trust and estate litigation.
