Susan Ruberti, Human Resources Director

Susan Ruberti is a Human Resources and Business Management professional with more than 20 years of experience. She has an extensive background in human resources and business operations management having worked at law firms in central Florida including: Office Administrator at Roetzel & Andress, Director of Human Resources at Lowndes Drosdick, and Office Manager/Human Resources Manager at Broad & Cassel. Sue brings a wealth of HR knowledge in employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, benefits administration, recruitment and retention, office procedures and policies, compliance reporting, training programs and project management. She received a B.S. in Business Management/Marketing from the University of Phoenix.  She is active in various local professional associations including the Society of Human Resource Managers (SHRM) and the Central Florida Chapter of Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
