About Kathleen M. Hugo

Kathleen Hugo practices in the firm’s Real Estate department. She focuses on real estate transactions, leasing and land development, and has experience representing a variety of commercial and residential clients with real estate matters including leasing, acquisition and sale, as well as condominium development.

Kathleen attended the University of Florida where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government, with a minor in Business Administration. She earned her law degree from the University of Richmond where she was the Executive Editor of Volume XIV of the Richmond Journal of Law and Technology and a member of the Women’s Law Student Association.
