Dean Mead Welcomes Attorney Tom Colpitts

(Orlando, FL) Dean Mead is proud to welcome Tom Colpitts to the firm’s Estate Planning team. His practice focus will include all aspects of personal estate planning, such as the preparation of revocable trusts and wills, as well as advising clients on the succession of family businesses and the transfer of wealth among generations in a tax-efficient manner.

Prior to joining the firm Tom was an extern for The Honorable Travis A. Greaves with the United States Tax Court and served in the United States Navy Judge Advocate General’s Corps in several roles, including prosecutor, general counsel, and legal assistance attorney. He is the recipient of several awards, including the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal, which recognizes meritorious achievements of an outstanding nature. Tom will begin his practice addressing matters from the firm’s Orlando office with plans to relocate to the firm’s Naples office later this year.
