About Rebecca H. Schulte
With a career founded in the legal profession, Rebecca leads with a holistic approach to Human Resources Management. She manages each stage of the employee lifecycle, leading conversations with clear and consistent communication. Her work has covered compliance, employee relations, recruitment, establishment of policies and procedures, performance programs and more.
At Dean Mead, Rebecca manages the functions of the human resources department, including: recruiting, new hire onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and benefits and compensation. She works to foster collaboration, build culture that supports Dean Mead’s high performing team, and contribute ideas which align with corporate goals and objectives, and the firm’s long-term success.
Recognized by the Central Florida Association of Legal Administrators with their 2022 Rising Star Award, Rebecca received her Master of Human Resources from Rollins College and her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the Florida State University.
