With more than 20 years of experience developing and leading initiatives that support strategic growth, integrated marketing, and effective internal and external communications, Julia brings a comprehensive understanding of marketing and business development to the Dean Mead team. Drawing on her experience working with Fortune 100, national, and regional organizations, she serves as Dean Mead’s chief marketing strategist, guiding strategic marketing, communications, and business development efforts across the firm, its offices, departments, and industry teams.

Julia works closely with the firm’s president, and department chairs and industry team leaders to develop strategic plans and identify opportunities, and implement initiatives that strengthen the firm’s market position, enhance brand awareness, support client and business development efforts, and drive growth. She oversees communications and marketing strategies designed to align the firm’s business objectives with clear, compelling messaging and a consistent brand presence.
