Dean Mead’s global Gaming Practice focuses on gaming regulatory compliance and works with the combined capabilities of our corporate, governmental affairs, real estate, tax and finance, and intellectual property attorneys to counsel clients within and regarding the highly regulated gaming industry.
The practice includes some of the country’s leading gaming and regulatory compliance attorneys and boasts one of the largest gaming practices in Florida, encompassing both lobbying and litigation for casinos, iGaming and social gaming companies, gaming suppliers, pari-mutuels, Indian tribes, sweepstakes and charities.
Dean Mead’s gaming law attorneys have assisted gaming companies and private equity firms in exploring and evaluating internet and social gaming opportunities. Our gaming law team is comprised of former integrated resort general counsels, senior casino executives and a former general counsel for the Florida Lottery.
