Dean Mead Attorneys William Hall and Daniel Russell are Now Civil Circuit Certified Mediators

Tallahassee, Fla. – Dean Mead’s Tallahassee office has two attorneys, William Hall and Daniel Russell, who are now civil circuit certified mediators. Both attorneys completed a Florida Supreme Court certified mediation training program in 2021. Additional requirements to become certified mediators include possessing sufficient education and experience, completing the required mentorship obligations, and demonstrating good moral character.

Hall focuses his practice on administrative and civil litigation, primarily involving Florida state agencies and regulated entities. Hall has served as lead counsel on numerous state and federal trial court cases involving business disputes and other civil matters. He is an experienced appellate litigator who has successfully argued a number of cases at state Courts of Appeal. Hall’s experience in court makes him well-versed in assessing complicated situations to work towards the best possible results on behalf of his clients.

Russell focuses his practice on civil and administrative litigation, government relations, and regulated industries. He regularly represents clients before federal and circuit courts and, with respect to regulatory matters, before the State of Florida’s Division of Administrative Hearings. Russell works closely with businesses and individuals alike to find positive outcomes in complex legal situations.

“Dan and Will’s experience analyzing and building cases in the courtroom will serve them well as they work to facilitate a mutually-agreeable outcome for the parties who mediate with them,” said Marc Dunbar, managing partner of Dean Mead’s Tallahassee office. “They are thorough, fair, and qualified to deal with sensitive situations.”
