Daniel primarily focuses on matters related to the financing, purchase, sale, and leasing of commercial properties. A graduate with honors from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, he served as Articles Editor for the Florida Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Daniel worked as an financial analyst for two of the nation’s largest home builders. By working closely with company executives during all stages of the acquisition, development, and build out of residential communities, he gained first-hand knowledge of the strategic and operational considerations involved when evaluating and executing major real estate transactions.
