Dean Mead Tax department Chair, Stephen R. Looney, Mark E. Holcomb, and Edward A. Waters are featured presenters at the ABA Tax Section 2017 Midyear Meeting being held at the Hilton Bonnet Creek in Orlando, January 19-21, 2017. All three attorneys are slated to present on Friday, January 20.
Mr. Waters will kick off the S Corporations Committee meeting beginning at 8:30 am on the panel S Corporations: Tips and Traps for the Unwary, followed by the panel with Mr. Looney on Equity Compensation, from 9:45 – 10:45 am. Mr. Holcomb will present during the joint program between the Teaching Taxation and State & Local Taxes Committees. His presentation titled, Taxation of the Sharing Economy: Major Issues and Trends will be from 9:00 – 11:30 am.
