Jennifer C. Lester

Of Counsel

Ms. Lester is Of Counsel in Dean Mead’s Litigation department in the Gainesville office. She is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization. Just one percent of Florida’s 95,000 lawyers are board-certified in civil trial law. With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Lester’s practice involves commercial litigation, personal injury, wrongful death and fiduciary proceedings.

Ms. Lester’s background in civil litigation and insurance gives her special insight into insurance fraud cases, including the defense of white collar crime and False Claims Act cases. She also assists clients before professional licensing agencies, and other cases where professional reputation is at risk.

Additionally, she is the immediate past president of the North Florida Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates. Prior to joining Dean Mead, Ms. Lester practiced at Dell Graham P.A. in Gainesville for 11 years.
