Mr. Chotas has been practicing corporate law with Dean Mead for more than 28 years. During that time, he has represented buyers and sellers, borrowers and lenders, and investors and developers in a wide variety of commercial and industrial real estate transactions. He also represents clients who have difficult or complex environmental, land use, and zoning law related issues before local, regional, and state governments. In addition, Mr. Chotas is Board Certified in Real Estate Law by The Florida Bar.
