Our Health Law Team frequently handles business transactions between or involving healthcare providers, including mergers and acquisitions and formation and operation of group practices. Our attorneys facilitate transactions with hospitals and other health care facilities, work on IPAs and MSOs, group purchasing arrangements, and the formation and operation of integrated delivery systems.
