Mr. Mabry is chair of Dean Mead's Healthcare and Life Sciences Industry Team. He represents physicians, physician groups and a broad range of other professionals in the healthcare industry.  Mr. Mabry has served healthcare industry clients in various matters for the past 24 years.  He has exclusively concentrated his law practice on clients in the healthcare industry on a broad range of matters including licensure and provider enrollment issues; fraud and abuse/self-referral compliance; provider contracting matters; reimbursement issues, audits and appeals to Medicare, Medicaid and private insurers; defense of professionals in disciplinary actions; sales and acquisitions of healthcare businesses; leasing arrangements and employment agreements; and numerous other regulatory compliance matters impacting healthcare providers.
