Significant Representations:
Nannie Lee's Strawberry Mansion v. City of Melbourne, 877 So. 2d 793 (5^th DCA 2004).  Represented historic restaurant and an apartment complex against the City of Melbourne in a challenge to a conditional use permit granted to construct a 113-foot building.  Petition for Writ of Certiorari granted in part and remanded to Circuit Court for further review.

Represents large privately held company based in Virginia in action against a former employee and former independent contractor for theft of trade secrets, breach of fiduciary duties and violation of employee and contractor agreements.

Represents corporation against large surplus lines carrier in dispute over hurricane damage coverage.

Represented private education institution regarding lawsuit filed against it by its former telecommunications provider.  After lengthy litigation, telecommunications provider recognized its inability to prove any damages resulting from contract between institution and provider, the case was dismissed against the institution.

Represented homeowners' association in action against its former treasurer for embezzlement of over $100,000.00, which resulted in payment by the association's insurance company of the policy limits of $50,000.00 and costs, and the arrest, indictment and prosecution of the treasurer for Grand Theft, 2d degree felony.
