Ms. Fernandez focuses her practice in the area of commercial real estate law. She represents buyers and sellers in all phases of real estate acquisitions, including contract drafting and negotiations, preparation of easement and development agreements and due diligence (including review of title work, surveys and environmental reports). Ms. Fernandez regularly represents clients in the planning and development of multi-million dollar commercial and industrial transactions. In addition, she assists buyers with commercial loan transactions, including preparation of all related contracts and documents.
