Tallahassee State and Local Tax lawyer, Mark E. Holcomb, was a guest speaker at the 38th Annual Conference of the National Association of State Bar Tax Sections in Washington, D.C. on October 27th. He joined fellow presenters, Gary R. Thorup and Raymond J. Freda, on the topic of, “Ethics and Multijurisdictional Practice Issues”. Mr. Holcomb offers clients 32 years of experience practicing in state and local taxation. He represents clients before the Florida Department of Revenue and local taxing authorities, and in litigation at the trial and appellate levels.
