Orlando, Florida – Stephen R. Looney was among the featured speakers at New York University’s 70th Institute on Federal Taxation on October 23-28, 2011 that was held in New York City. This marks the seventh consecutive year and the ninth time overall that Looney has spoken at the NYU Tax Institute. Looney’s presentation this year was entitled, “Mergers and Acquisitions of S Corporations,” which focused on sales and purchases of S Corporations both as target and acquiring corporations.
